Pathway Advisors Limited, the Lead Issuing House and financial Advisors to Dimension Data SPV Funding Plc has announced the open for subscription for its Series 1 Corporate Bond issuance of up to ₦5 billion under its ₦20 billion Bond Programme.
The Offer will be executed by way of Book Build and is scheduled to close on Monday, June 29, 2026.
A statement on the transaction highlights shows the Issuer as Dimension Data SPV Funding PLC and the Lead Issuing House/Bookrunner as Pathway Advisors Limited. The Issue Size is ₦5 Billion (Under a ₦20 Billion Programme) with a 3 years tenor, and a Book Build Price Range of between 18.50% – 20.00% p.a.Coupon.
The Sponsor’s rating according to Agusto & Co is BBB+, while DataPro Limited gave a BBB+Bond Ratings. A-Minimum Subscription of ₦10 Million with offer Period Closing June 29, 2026 and the basis of the Coupon payment which is Semi-Annual is to be determined following the Book Build process.
The proceeds from the bond issuance will be deployed towards strategic investments in fiber network expansion, capacity enhancement, and service quality improvement. These investments will strengthen the infrastructure underpinning Nigeria’s rapidly growing fintech ecosystem, enterprise connectivity requirements, and broader digital economy.
